Hello! Meet our company's founders, Rhiannon (that's me) and my partner Fraser! What started as one little late-night idea quickly grew from a dream to action and finally to a full-fledged journey. We are a small business based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Which means we do it all! We are the customer support, company designers, social media managers, copywriters, product developers, fulfillment duo, bookkeepers, photographers, website managers, and the list goes on and on!

We're both certified personal trainers and entrepreneurs. Working closely alongside our personal training clients for years inspired us to create a community of people proud of their fitness.
