We were tired of energy drinks that didn't do anything for our workouts. So we made our own.

Our Story
The lightbulb moment
Throughout our careers as personal trainers, we could never find what we actually wanted in the gym cooler. Everything missed the mark. Artificial ingredients, carbonation, crashes, flavours that tasted like chemicals with a fruit label slapped on.
So we got curious. Could we build a better ready-to-drink pre-workout from scratch? Real ingredients, real performance, no compromises on taste?
The more we dug in, the clearer it became: the product we wanted didn't exist. So we decided to build it.
Research and Development
What followed was months of formula testing, ingredient sourcing, and a lot of late nights that ended with "close...but not yet."We obsessed over every ingredient, every ratio, every flavour profile.
We wanted something that performed without the crash, tasted like something you'd actually look forward to drinking, and was clean enough that we'd be proud to put our name on it.
Two flavours came out the other side: Cherry Lemon Lime and Mango Pomegranate. Both went through round after round until they were exactly right.
Bringing it to Life
Getting from formula to finished product meant navigating packaging, compliance, production runs, and all the unglamorous work nobody warns you about when you decide to start a beverage company.
There were setbacks. There were moments of "why are we doing this." Every time, the answer was the same: because this product deserves to exist, and people deserve better options.
Pump Punch launched publicly in September 2025, and the response told us we were right.
Where we’re at now
We're still early. Still building. Still showing up every day to get Pump Punch into more hands, more gyms, and more fridges across Canada.
The mission hasn't changed from day one: make a product that actually works, be honest about what's in it, and build a brand people are genuinely proud to be part of.
