SHIPPING Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before processing your order. If wrong address is provided, shipping costs to resend will be 100% customer responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, tracking will be provided always.
We don’t ship to freight forwarding addresses
P.O. Box and APO/FPO orders may take a bit longer to arrive
RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love AllThrive Nutrition as much as we do! But if you don’t, that’s okay too. If you’re not completely satisfied with your items, we provide an exchange/refund for any product ordered from allthrivenutrition.com within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to us via our email to request a return or exchange. Don't forget to add your order number and the products you'd like to exchange/return and we'll take it from there.
Once orders have been received, we have a 2-4 week processing time and then you will receive your refund. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. And voila, it’s like it never happened.
All samples are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of processing. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label on their own
