All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. 

We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before processing your order. If the wrong address is provided, shipping costs to resend will be 100% customer's responsibility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages; tracking will always be provided.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love AllThrive Nutrition as much as we do! If, for any reason, you don't find yourself completely thriving with your AllThrive purchase or you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, please reach out to us at feedback@allthrivenutrition.com. We're more than happy to address any concerns you may have and provide a refund/ replacement/ return as needed. Don't forget to add your order number and the products you'd like to exchange/return, and we'll take it from there.

Should that happen, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return request. Please allow us up to one week to process your request, and please send return packages using a tracked shipping method. Once the request is confirmed, you have 15 consecutive days to ship back the unused item(s). Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label on their own.

Once orders have been received, we have a 2-4 week processing time, and then you will receive your refund. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. And voila, it’s like it never happened.

We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
