Community Ambassador Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the AllThrive Nutrition Community Ambassador Program. By joining the program and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Community Ambassador Program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and current contact information.
• Have an active social media account or another reasonable way to share your ambassador code.
• Follow these Terms & Conditions while participating in the program.
AllThrive Nutrition reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend, or remove participants from the program at its discretion.
2. Ambassador Discount Code
Community Ambassadors may receive a unique discount code.
The code:
• Gives the ambassador's audience 10% off eligible purchases from AllThrive Nutrition.
• Gives the Community Ambassador 10% off eligible personal purchases.
• Is intended for legitimate personal and promotional use.
• Cannot be sold, transferred, or distributed through coupon-code websites, deal aggregators, or similar services without AllThrive's permission.
• May be changed, suspended, or deactivated by AllThrive at any time.
Discounts may not apply to every product, promotion, bundle, or sale and may not always be combined with other offers.
3. No Commission or Payment
The Community Ambassador Program does not provide sales commissions, referral payments, or guaranteed financial compensation.
The discount code is a promotional benefit and does not create an entitlement to payment based on purchases made using the code.
4. No Posting Requirement or Long-Term Commitment
Community Ambassadors are not required to post a minimum amount of content.
There is no minimum long-term participation commitment. Ambassadors may stop participating at any time, and AllThrive may end participation or deactivate an ambassador code when necessary.
5. Social Media Disclosure
Whenever an Ambassador posts content promoting AllThrive and has received a benefit from the relationship, the Ambassador must clearly disclose their connection to AllThrive.
The disclosure must be easy for the audience to notice and understand. Appropriate disclosure may include clear wording such as #ad or another disclosure approved by AllThrive.
Simply tagging AllThrive or displaying a discount code may not be enough on its own.
6. Honest Content and Product Claims
Ambassadors must:
• Give honest opinions based on their actual experience.
• Not make false or misleading statements about AllThrive or its products.
• Not make medical, health, performance, or other product claims that AllThrive has not approved or that cannot be supported.
• Clearly distinguish their personal opinions from official statements made by AllThrive.
7. Brand Conduct
Community Ambassadors must not use the AllThrive name, logo, products, or ambassador status in a way that:
• Misrepresents their relationship with AllThrive.
• Suggests that they are an employee, agent, or official representative of AllThrive.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise likely to materially damage the AllThrive brand.
• Creates unauthorized advertisements, giveaways, promotions, or commercial partnerships using the AllThrive name.
8. Program Changes and Termination
AllThrive may update the Community Ambassador Program, its benefits, discount structure, eligibility requirements, or these Terms from time to time.
AllThrive may suspend or terminate an Ambassador's participation or deactivate their code, including for misuse of a discount code, misleading promotional content, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may harm the brand.
An Ambassador may stop participating at any time.
9. Independent Relationship
Participation in the Community Ambassador Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between the Ambassador and AllThrive Nutrition.
Community Ambassadors are not authorized to enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of AllThrive.
10. Personal Information
Information submitted through the Community Ambassador signup form may be used by AllThrive to administer the program, communicate with Ambassadors, manage ambassador benefits and codes, and maintain program records.
Any optional marketing or ambassador-update communications will only be sent in accordance with the preferences selected during signup and applicable requirements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
12. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box on the Community Ambassador signup form, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to follow these Terms while participating in the AllThrive Community Ambassador Program.
