How much caffeine, calories and sugar are in Pump Punch?
We have followed Health Canada Supplemented Food Regulations and Compliance, so our drinks are formulated with 140mg of caffeine. Pump Punch has zero grams of sugar and 30 total calories, so it can perfectly fit into your health and fitness lifestyle.
How much should I consume per day?
It is not recommended by Health Canada to drink more than 1 serving per day.
Is it safe to consume with other supplements or medications?
Pump Punch is safe to consume with all other supplements and medications.
Is Pump Punch safe for teenagers, pregnant and breastfeeding women or people with health conditions?
According to Health Canada, Pump Punch is not recommended for those under 14 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women or individuals sensitive to caffeine. Do not drink more than 1 serving per day.
Are there any side effects?
Our drink contains 40mg of Niacin. Niacin can cause a flushing effect in some individuals that is temporary and not dangerous, usually around your face and neck, but some people find it uncomfortable.
Niacin (vitamin B3) is essential to your health. Having enough niacin in the body is important for general good health because your body uses it to turn food into energy. Niacin also has a positive effect on lowering high blood pressure, and studies show that niacin can boost levels of good HDL cholesterol and lower triglycerides. Niacin also modestly lowers bad LDL cholesterol.
How should I store Pump Punch, and what's the shelf life?
The recommended shelf life is 12 months stored at room temperature. Best enjoyed refrigerated and cold!

What is your return/refund policy?
We're so proud of what we created, we want you to love it too! If, for any reason, you don't find yourself completely thriving with your AllThrive purchase or you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, please reach out to us at contact@allthrivenutrition.com. We're more than happy to address any concerns you may have and provide a refund/ replacement/ return as needed.
Should that happen, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return request. Please allow us up to one week to process your request, and please send return packages using a tracked shipping method. Once the request is confirmed, you have 15 consecutive days to ship back the unused item(s). Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label on their own.
AllThrive Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Will you give me a return or refund if I didn't buy your product from AllThrive Nutrition's website?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide returns, refunds or exchanges for products purchased at another retailer. Please contact the original retailer for their assistance.
What payment methods are accepted on your website?
We run all payments safely through Shopify. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. Please note, we also accept Interac, only for in-person purchases.
How quickly do you ship and what are the costs?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

How do I cancel an order?
Please notify us within 30 minutes of order placement with a request to cancel an order that has been placed, because we strive for a fast processing time, most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, and once an order ships, we are unable to make changes.
