We have followed Health Canada Supplemented Food Regulations and Compliance, so our drinks are formulated with 140mg of caffeine. Pump Punch has zero grams of sugar and 30 total calories, so it can perfectly fit into your health and fitness lifestyle.

Pump Punch is safe to consume with all other supplements and medications.

Is Pump Punch safe for teenagers, pregnant and breastfeeding women?
According to Health Canada, Pump Punch is not recommended for those under 14 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women or individuals sensitive to caffeine. Do not drink more than 1 serving per day.

Are there any side effects?
Our drink contains 40mg of Niacin. Niacin can cause a flushing effect in some individuals that is temporary and not dangerous, usually around your face and neck, but some people find it uncomfortable.
Niacin (vitamin B3) is essential to your health. Having enough niacin in the body is important for general good health because your body uses it to turn food into energy. Niacin also has a positive effect on lowering high blood pressure, and studies show that niacin can boost levels of good HDL cholesterol and lower triglycerides. Niacin also modestly lowers bad LDL cholesterol.

We're so proud of what we created, we want you to love it too! If, for any reason, you don't find yourself completely thriving with your AllThrive purchase or you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, please reach out to us at contact@allthrivenutrition.com
We're more than happy to address any concerns you may have and provide a refund/ replacement/ return as needed.
Should that happen, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return request. Please allow us up to 5 buisness days to process your request, and please send return packages using a tracked shipping method. Once the request is confirmed, you have 15 consecutive days to ship back the unused item(s). Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label on their own.
